Having trouble with card payment?

Are you having trouble paying for your order via card payment?

We had some complaints, usually from customers non EU (USA,JAPAN,CANADA,AUSTRALIA) as they cannot make the payment because the approve button is inactive.

Are you using any translator when making the payment?
If yes, can you turn it off while making the payment?, this is why some browsers make the approve button inactive.
