Payment did not go through? It happens — here is how to fix it fast.
- Check the basics — card number, expiry date and CVC, and that your card is enabled for online payments.
- Confirm 3-D Secure — your bank may ask for a code by SMS or app; approve it to complete the payment.
- Funds and limits — make sure there are enough funds and that your card’s online or daily limit has not been reached.
- Try another way — use another card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or pay by bank transfer to the accounts shown at checkout.
