Changed your mind, or an item isn't quite right? You have a legal right to return most products — and we try to make it painless.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer buying online, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Romanian OUG 34/2014, transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Tell us your decision within those 14 days — from your account (Returns section), by our return form, or by email — then send the goods back within 14 days of informing us.

Condition of the returned goods

You may unpack and inspect a product just as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning — so if an item shows use or damage beyond a normal try-on, we may reduce the refund accordingly. Please keep the tags attached and, if you try on clothing or boots, wear something underneath. Keeping the original packaging (box/bag with barcode) helps protect the item on the way back.

Return shipping

You cover the direct cost of returning the goods.

Use a tracked courier and keep a photo of the AWB; please avoid standard postal services, which are slow and hard to trace.

Pay less for your return — use our courier rates. You don't have to arrange (and overpay for) your own courier. Through our returns page you can buy a return label at our negotiated contract rates — usually cheaper than a retail courier. Enter your order details, pay the return shipping online, and we'll send the label or arrange the pickup. Especially handy if you're exchanging for another item.

Your refund

We refund the amount received (product value; the original standard delivery is included by law, minus any diminished value) within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal — we may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them. The refund is issued via the same payment method you used (card → same card; otherwise → the bank details you provide). If you received free shipping and return the whole order, the original outbound shipping cost we covered may be withheld.

Products that cannot be returned

Custom-made or personalised products, and special orders paid in advance.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed (e.g. sprays, oils, underwear).
