Preyda Oil is specially formulated with natural (including Arkansas-type) and artificial sharpening stones. It provides a smooth, even polish and reduces stone wear, delivering superior sharpening results.
Effective stone cleaning
After use, apply a few drops of oil to the stone. The hydrostatic pressure of the oil helps pull metal particles out of the pores. Gently clean with a washcloth to keep the stone in optimal condition.
Corrosion protection for knives
Also ideal for knives made of carbon steel (non-rusting). The oil forms a thin film that protects the blade against rusting as long as the film is maintained.
