Proven platform
This replica is manually operated by spring, requiring cocking before each shot, a feature specific to spring-powered rifles. The MB08AE features a 23.5-inch aluminum barrel and a 22mm Picatinny rail mounted on the receiver, offering multiple options for mounting optics. For added realism, a unique serial number is engraved on the receiver.
The stock is made of reinforced polymer, similar to the material used in the real weapon, and is equipped with sling and bipod attachment points. Weighing approximately 3.8 kg, the replica is well balanced and comfortable for extended use thanks to the AWM thumbhole grip. The adjustable and folding stock allows for ergonomic adjustments (length and height of the monopod) and facilitates transport in cases.
Refined internal mechanics
The MB08AE is equipped with a stainless steel cylinder and cylinder head, a 90° aluminum piston with a sealed head, and steel internal components for the trigger assembly. It uses a standard 9 mm APS2 spring and a 9 mm steel VSR spring guide. The 90° VSR trigger assembly is completely new, with steel parts, allowing the use of M220 springs and reaching a speed of up to 650 FPS.
The replica has a 500 mm internal barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm. The VSR-type hop-up chamber is equipped with VSR-compatible rubber, providing stable rotation of 0.30 g and even 0.40 g BBs.
